
Refund Policy
TuTuft Services (Classes, Workshops & Events)
All bookings for tufting classes, workshops, and private events are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion based on availability.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled event are non-refundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
If TU Collective must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a rescheduled date or store credit.
Custom Rug Orders (TuTuft)
Due to the custom nature of handmade work, all custom rug sales are final.
Once production has started, no refunds will be issued.
If a deposit has been paid for a custom order, deposits are non-refundable.
If an issue arises with your completed order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Name rugs, Business logos or anything personalized must be paid IN FULL within 7 days.
Digital Products (TuStickie / Future Digital Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once files have been delivered or downloaded.
3D Printed Products (TuCutePrints)
Because items may be made-to-order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos.
